100% inspection by air testing and water leakage test.
1.Leakage testing
Before sewing the water bag to the fabric, we will test the water bag whether the bag have leakage problem or not as below:
filled the water tank with air,then put it into water to checking whether there will be bubbles or not.
2.Air Testing
Firstly we will fill the finished water pillow after production with air.
Then put them into the platform for 48 hours.
After check whether there will be air leakage for not.
